About Us

Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower the next generation of female leaders by providing scholarships, mentorship, and resources for girls in Texas and beyond. With only 20% of businesses in Texas currently female-owned, we aim to increase this number to 30% by 2030. Through education, entrepreneurial support, and community-building opportunities, we help girls develop the skills and confidence to launch their own businesses. With chapters, summer camps, and inspiring guest speakers, we work to break down the barriers young women face in entrepreneurship and equip them to succeed, fostering a more equitable future in business.

Our Chapters

Our InnovateHERs chapters in Austin, Dallas, Seattle, New York, Bogota, and Michigan empower women in business by providing valuable resources, mentorship, and community support. Through workshops, competitions, and networking events, these chapters help women entrepreneurs develop the skills and confidence to launch and grow successful businesses.
